Domestic Shipping rates are as follows:
$0.01- $14.95 = $5.20
$14.96- $44.95= $8.00
$44.96 – $65.95- $15.75
$65.96- $100. – $24.95
$100.01- and up- Free Shipping
Because buckwheat seeds are heavy, shipping costs are higher. Shipping rates go up every year. I ship through USPS, priority mail. Pillows under 13 oz. are shipped first class.
I am continually looking for ways to help my customers and keep costs down.
I combine shipping of multiple purchases going to the same address.
I will also refund overages of shipping, within reason. Refunds go through PayPal.
Purchases made over $100., going to the same address, ship free.

When will I receive my order? Delivery time is within 3-5 business days.
Do you accept returns? I want my customers to be happy with their purchase. All pillows must be returned in the same condition as when received, within 5 days for a full refund (minus the shipping charge). Custom orders are not returnable and are considered a final sale.
Buyer pays return shipping costs.
I’d like to know more about the cotton pillow covers and inside buckwheat or flaxseed pillow.
Each pillow cover is made from 100% cotton fabrics, and are removable for easy washing. Story Pillows, Bye Bye Boo Boo, and On-the-Go pillows are lined with muslin or repurposed cotton.
Hand or gentle wash the pillow covers in cold or warm water. Air dry. The inside buckwheat or flaxseed pillow is not washable. If you want, you can iron the cover after washing for crispness!
I design and sew the pillow covers. Each one is unique, and individually made. The designs may come from traditional quilt patterns, or are of my own design. The fabrics are my inspiration. No two pillow covers are exactly the same!
Do you take custom orders?
Pillows may be custom made, for an additional $5-$10., depending on the order. For all adult pillows, you will choose the size and colors you want for the pillow cover. You can choose the inner pillow as well. We will communicate through email until you are satisfied with the fabric choices. I will send you photos of fabric/inner pillow type. You can also choose to have lavender, another herb, or no scent inside the buckwheat or flaxseed pillow. For Bye bye boo boo pillows, choose the theme and colors preferred. Bye bye boo boo pillows are unscented unless requested.
I can also make inserts (the inner pillow) for customers who bought a Creative Christie pillow in the past. After awhile, with age and usage, the inside pillow has had enough! You can purchase just a new one, if you’re still in love with the old pillow cover!
How are the inside pillows made? What’s inside the pillows?
The inner buckwheat and flaxseed pillows are made using a strong muslin, and contains dust free whole buckwheat seeds, flaxseeds, and/or long grain rice. Organic herbs are used, and high quality essential oils may be added.
What are my organic herb choices? Lavender, chamomile, peppermint, sage, rosemary, lemon grass, eucalyptus, cinnamon, ground rose buds and petals, and balsam fir leaves.
